However, due to extremely high order volume and increased health and safety procedures for our staff, there is now a potential delay on orders leaving the warehouse.
While we are working hard to make sure all orders ship as quickly as possible, most orders are shipping within 72 hours, but in some cases can take up to 5 days. We're sorry for any inconvenience and you will get an email with tracking information as soon as your order has left the warehouse. All orders that are successfully placed will be shipped.
Most orders have been processed in under 72 business hours from the time of order but please have the expectation that it can take 5 business days to be shipped out. Also, weekend orders will not be shipping out until Monday to Wednesday so please bear that in mind.

Free Domestic U.S. Shipping on Orders Above $50
Vaping.com offers free shipping on domestic U.S. orders that have a basket size of $50 or over, after any discount or coupon is applied. You must select the free shipping option in the checkout.
How long until my order ships?
We aim for same-day shipping on all orders received before 3pm EST Monday-Friday, but processing times may vary.
Orders placed over the weekend will start processing Monday morning. We do not ship at the weekend or public holidays.
During busy times we may not always be able to make our same day shipping target.
How long will my vaping.com order take to arrive?
Depending on which shipping option you chose your order can take up to 7 days to arrive, the estimated delivery times for our shipping options are as follows:
Free Shipping 2-7 business days from despatch
USPS First Class Mail 2-7 business days
USPS Priority 1-4 business days* in transit
USPS Priority Mail Express 1-2 Business days
Shipping times are from the time that the order is shipped and do not include processing time. We aim for same-day shipping on all orders received before 3pm EST Monday-Friday, but processing times may vary, especially where manual age verification is required.
Where does vaping.com ship to?
Vaping.com ships to all 50 US states, as well as armed forces addresses. We ship internationally, to an ever-expanding list of countries, if your country is not in the drop-down please let us know and we will do our best to open up in that location.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, the tracking number will be sent to the email address you used to place your order - if you don't see it, please check your spam folder before contacting us.
Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sort facility or your local post office. There are no updates in between. All delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.
Incomplete or Incorrect Address Submissions:
Please review your shipping address carefully when placing an order. Errors in the shipping address will cause delays in transit times or returned orders. We will not reship the order until it is returned to us by the courier and the customer has paid for the cost to reship the order.
How are replacement parts shipped?
Replacement products and parts are shipped using USPS First Class Mail.
International orders
It is the responsibility of all international customers to be aware of the customs and importation laws for their respective country.
Furthermore, all duties, taxes, VAT, and any shipping service-related fees are not covered and customers are responsible for these payments. Vaping.com is not responsible for any packages that are seized or stop by the authorities, or any fees that are required for international duties.
As a consumer who chooses to purchase and have products shipped to a country outside of the United States, you are taking responsibility for your purchase, and acknowledging that you are aware of the laws pertaining to such shipments.
